We provide more than software; we provide a secure foundation for your compliance. Novus is engineered to protect your clients’ most sensitive information (TINs, names, addresses, account numbers and balances), because trust is our most important feature.
Financial reporting teams lose weeks every year to manual spreadsheet work, schema changes they didn’t see coming, and rejections that force re-submission. Novus replaces that with one pipeline: from source data to validated XML to a file ready for the regulator, with an audit trail at every step.
What we support
02Data sovereignty
Your data, your machine, your control.
Compliance software asks for the most sensitive records an institution holds: tax identification numbers, balances, the identities of controlling persons. We started from a simple premise. The least secure place to process that data is somewhere you don’t control.
So Novus is built to keep as little of it exposed as possible. In Novus Cloud, every stored field is sealed with per-customer 256-bit encryption: zero plaintext at rest. Data moves only over TLS 1.3. And when a filing leaves, it leaves as an IDES package that is signed, encrypted with AES-256-CBC under a fresh key, and wrapped for the regulator’s public key, readable by one party only.
You also stay the filer of record. Novus prepares and seals the package; your institution uploads it with its own credentials. We never sell or share your data.
Some institutions want the data never to leave the building at all. That’s why we’re building Novus Desktop: validation, including AI review, running on your own machine, with only the sealed filing package ever leaving it. It opens for early access in 2027.
